The internal application Merkava Group uses to manage and report on our clients' Google advertising accounts.

What Merkava Toolkit is

Merkava Toolkit is an internal software application built and operated by Merkava Group, a digital advertising agency serving medical-aesthetic practices. It is not a consumer product, it is not sold, and it has no public sign-up. Our team uses it to run and report on the advertising campaigns our clients hire us to manage.

What it does

Reporting

The Toolkit retrieves performance data from each client's advertising accounts — spend, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, and return on ad spend — and presents it in password-protected dashboards. Each client sees only their own accounts.

Campaign management

On the client's behalf and with their authorization, the Toolkit creates and updates campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, and negative keyword lists inside their Google Ads accounts. This is the day-to-day work our clients engage us to perform.

Conversion measurement

The Toolkit uploads offline conversion data that clients supply to us, so that reported results reflect real booked appointments and revenue rather than form submissions alone.

How it connects to Google

Merkava Toolkit uses the Google Ads API under the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Access is performed by a Google Cloud service account operating under domain-wide delegation inside Merkava Group's own Google Workspace domain, acting as an authorized Merkava Group employee. The application does not offer public sign-in with Google, and it does not request access to any individual's personal Google account, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or Photos.
